Why Peptide Tracker

Built for people who do this every week

Spreadsheets and alarms break the moment a dose changes. This doesn't.

One plan per medication

Run a stack, a pen and a daily tablet side by side — each with its own dose, schedule and sites.

Reminders that keep up

Change a date or a dose and the next reminder recalculates itself. No stale alarms.

A record your doctor can read

Doses, sites and reactions on one timeline, exported as a clean PDF or CSV.

How it works

Set it up once. Log in seconds.

1
Medication list with frequency and reminder time for each plan.

Add your medications

From the built-in catalog or by name. Injection or oral, mg to IU, weekly to custom.

2
Quick log sheet: medication, dose and date and time, then save.

Log from the reminder

Dose and site are pre-filled — confirm and save. Forgot one? Back-date it later.

3
Month calendar marking injection days, oral dose days and a missed day.

See the real picture

Injections, oral doses and the ones you missed — on one calendar.

Body reactions

How your body responds, day by day

Nausea, fatigue, site reactions — mild to severe, on the same timeline as your dose ladder.

  • Pick a symptom and how strong it was
  • Good and rough days at a glance
  • Included in your doctor's PDF
Body screen: symptom type, severity selector, a distribution chart of logged days and a Save this day action.
Weight screen: current weight, change over the period, a trend curve and a list of entries.

Progress

Weight, water and mood — in context

Weight, hydration and mood sit next to the medication history — one screen, not three apps.

  • Weight trend with dose-change markers
  • kg or lb, litres or fl oz — set once
  • Log water with one tap

Site rotation

A body map remembers your last sites and suggests the next one.

Dose ladders

Step-ups on a timeline, so history stays readable.

Shots and pills

Injectable and oral routes, recorded as actually taken.

PDF & CSV export

A timeline your clinician can read, or a full archive.

Apple Watch & widgets

Your next dose, before you open the app

A purpose-built Watch app plus Home and Lock Screen widgets — one glance, no app to open.

Apple Watch: next dose panel for Semaglutide 6 mg with a Log a dose button.

Log from your wrist

See what's due, log it in a few taps, and read the next dose off the watch face.

Countdown on your Home Screen

Home and Lock Screen widgets answer one question: when is the next one? Tap to log.

Questions

Which medications does it support?
Any injectable or oral medication — research peptides, GLP-1 pens, daily tablets. Doses in mg, mcg, units or IU.
Can I track more than one medication?
Yes — each with its own plan, schedule and history. Free includes one; unlocking adds more.
Is this a subscription?
No. Free for 14 days, then one purchase if you stay. When the trial ends nothing is deleted or locked, and reminders keep working.
Where is my data stored?
On your device and your own private iCloud. No account, never on our servers.
Does it tell me what dose to take?
No. It records what you enter — it doesn't recommend doses. Follow your clinician's instructions.
